2. How to buy

For the contracting of products and services present on this website, please follow these steps:

Simply stroll to the Product List of the main page or by selecting a category or using the search engine. Then select the product and add it to the shopping cart. Each product is identified with one or more actual photos, description and selling price, including all taxes and transportation costs for shipping to Spain-Peninsula. For other destinations, please request a quote.

In the next step you can register as a new user filling out your user data, shipping details and contact information. Optionally, you can add a comment to your purchase. If you are already registered, you only need to enter your email and password that were previously recorded.

You can then review your request and choose the payment method, and finally, click on the button selected payment and if all goes well, you will receive a confirmation message on the screen and an acknowledgment with the order data in the email facilitated. 3. Payment methods

Online Payment(Payment Gateway)

If you want to pay by credit card, select the appropiate option. It will connect to the payment gateway of the bank and window to directly enter the data of your card will be opened. Once the payment is done, we will email you to confirm the order. If you do not receive the e-mail within a maximum period of 24 hours, please contact info@gaulosoliveoil.com.

Accepted cards are Visa, MasterCard and Servired. Payment is always done completely safely in the virtual POS Unicaja.

It is important to know that this payment transaction is 100% safe because the data is entered directly into the banking POS and also because a personal key that protects you against theft of the card number, is requested. This safety mechanism is called 3D-Secure protocol and it is an international standard Secure Electronic Commerce (Verified by Visa, MasterCard SecureCode or Servired). This way, you will always be requested the following information: card number, expiration date, CVC code (the last 3 digits printed on the back of your card) and personal code authentication PIN / CIP, so nobody can make purchases in place of you without this key.

If you have not activated your card with this system, we recommend you to do so now, via telephone or website of your bank for free. In this way, all your purchases on the Internet will be much safer.

Bank transfer

To pay by bank transfer, you can select this payment method in the final step of your purchase. To finalize the purchase process, please make the transfer with the correct purchase amount appearing and always indicating the order number in the field named concept.

4. Shipping and delivery

Shipping costs are included in the product price listed on the web for shipping in Spain. The shipment is made through a transport agency, which collects the product and leads directly to the consumers home with a delivery time of 7 working days since receipt of payment for the order. For shipments to the Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla the price increases with each additional transport costs we indicate you on our budget. For these destinations the delivery time is about 10 working days since the payment confirmation of the order. We will inform you about the status of your order through the website in the field "view my orders" on the top right corner of the screen.

5. Refunds and exchanges

If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, you have 7 days to return the product without any return costs. To do this you must contact us through our customer service department and we will tell you how to do it. Once we receive the product, we will refund the purchase within a maximum period of 30 days, as long as the product comes in its original packaging and contain 100% of its weight.

6. Resolution right

In card payments, the payment must be made by credit card which the buyer declares hold or be authorized by the holder for it use. Any fraudulent use of the credit card gives us the rigth to not process the order, being able to demand a compensation for the damages caused. The seller also reserves the right not to process the order when the charge operation has been denied for any reason. In this case the user will be notified by the appropriate purposes.
