From the field to your table

The olive harvesting

Between the months of November and February the olive harvest is carried out. Depending on the weather, olives will reach at a different times its maturity to be harvested.

Olives milling

Once the olives are collected, they are taken to the mill for grinding, a mechanical process in which the olives are crushed and filtered to extract the extra virgin olive oil.

Transport of olive oil

We have different varieties of olive oil, Hojiblanca (Malaga), Picual (Jaén), Cornicabra (Toledo) and Arbequina (Lleida and Tarragona), in addition to a Coupage extra virgin olive oil created by the master miller.
